LG Arena And LG Cookie Compared – KM900 Vs KM900 Touchscreen Display Phones
The LG KM900 Arena and also the LG KP500 Cookie are both launches from the LG stable. Even though the Arena is a multimedia mobile phone, the Cookie is being sold as a camera mobile phone.
Design
The KM900 has a sleek and stylish metallic casing and has a tempered glass scratch resistant protection for its touch screen. The KP500 alternatively has a soft feel plastic casing which looks propitious without getting tacky. Its rectangular form is prosaic. Both phones have a 3 inch touch screen. The Cookie is incredibly light at 89grams and much more pocket friendly compared to Arena.
User Interface
The LG Arena has a brand new 3D user interface which has a cube capable of being rotated with finger swipes. With all the cube you can access four menu screens that various applications can be simply opened. The LG Cookie interface alternatively is simple, intuitive, user friendly and tactile sensitive. It has 2 home screens one housing seven frequently used application widgets and also the other with 4 menu themes namely communication, entertainment, Utilities and Settings.
Memory and Battery
The LG KM900 has a memory capacity of the generous 8GB of memory space which can be further expanded by 16GB by using the Micro SD slot card. Other functions
The Arena has a 5 Mega pixel camera that blows off of the 3 Mega pixel camera with the Cookie. The KM900 camera has auto-focus and flash attributes to reinforce picture quality. The KP500 has a 2 times digital zoom for better image capture. Both phones be capable of record high quality videos. The LG Arena has an outstanding image gallery for browsing pictures adopted the phone.
The Arena has an audio player along with a video player, is a multimedia centric phone and possesses incorporated sophisticated Dolby technology to ensure the best quality sound is emitted while playing video and audio. The LG Cookie to has a music player that supports MP3/AAC/AAC+/AAC++/WMA formats along with a video player too. Both handsets have FM radio.
The KM900 Arena supports various types of games. Java games obtainable onto the phone. The KP500 Cookie too doesn’t ignore the gamers’ interests and supports Java games. The LG Arena supplies a speedy internet exposure to its 7.2 HSDPA, Wi Fi, WAP , EDGE and 3G offer the Cookie’s internet browsing is assisted only by internet technologies like WAP and EDGE. Both phones have GPS and Blue Tooth connectivity.
Though the LG Cookie is a decent touch screen camera phone, the LG Arena is a lot more powerful in the communication, camera and multimedia arenas.
